I have had my endocrinologist tell me, my nutritionist, my trainer and my functional medicine doc all tell me the same message. However, your daily "energy, ENERGY, energy" makes me laugh and keeps me looking forward to your precious inspirations. Thanks for taking the time to do great short uploads. May you be blessed in all areas of life for the way you help so many people! It has been a month on Keto with only 2 lbs lost and really not adapting, but I'm strong and sticking the course! Why do you say no cacao?
