My experience of the beginning of a vegan, high fat, low carb, low protein, ketogenic diet. I also eat only one meal a day. The mental clarity is very pleasant so far.
But be prepared for some weakness in the beginning. Your body has to turn it’s pathways to generate energy upside down.

  1. be careful about the nuts and seeds. They contain phytic acid which hinders absorbtion of minerals. I'd suggest eating vitamin c rich foods with ur meals (vitamin c combats this effect). Or you could eat activated nuts/seeds meaning they've been sprouted or soaked in an acid medium.

  2. Great video! I also got inspired by the Amen Ra protocol and i've been on it for about 2 weeks. I'm having similar experiences from the transition of high carb vegan to keto vegan. The major reduction in the time spent eating everyday is incredible.
