  1. In the ingredients list you skipped erythritol, why? What kind is that? Im asking bc im creating a grocery list…Stevia tastes disgusting! Can I buy this at a Natural store? I live in a small town and travel a lot so I need to know if I can get this from AZ.

  2. Can I substitute chia seed meal for the flax meal? Flax prevents absorption of some B vitamins so I don't use it at all. I use chia seeds instead. BTW, when they make peanut flour, they extract a lot of the oil in order to make it a powder. So the fat in this recipe comes mainly from the butter.

  3. Next chance I get I'm going to buy some of that dry BP , so many Lchf ?KETO people use it now .  I too like the format/ style of your videos . Fun to watch &  you post links where you can get the products .Subbed / Liked
