These are tips and tricks we’ve discovered on our keto journey and we are excited to share them with you. Our tips for starting keto are:

  1. I've been keto since September 1st of last year, minus a month or so for the holidays. I had not much information when I started, but I was lucky enough to find helpful groups on Facebook. I'm so glad I found your YouTube though.

  2. And it's very important to cook because before I started this diet I would just go to fast food restaurants and not cook at all so that's another warning to because Ima tell you right now you can't make it in this diet without cooking your meals it's impossible!!!!

  3. I have been doing Keto for 7 weeks now. Haven't had a cheat meal once. The only thing I have done is on Saturdays I have a glass of red wine. But that's it. But no other cheating. 25 lbs down so far. I'm keeping on keeping going. I don't stress about that glass of wine.

  4. were there any books or a good websites that explain Keto thoroughly. I was in my first phase of the atkins diet, but I feel this is more up my alley. although, I kinda dont understand the difference other then Keto diets seem to watch protein intake.

  5. I had absolutely no issues going keto. I just thought I'd share that it doesn't effect everyone the same 🙂
    But, I ditched the S.A.D. almost 2 decades ago and was already eating lots of fermented foods, veg, gluten free, and nearly grain free when I started keto (Wahls Protocol level 3 "Paleo Plus") … no weight to lose; I'm hoping to heal some of my neurological issues. I save $$ by growing a lot of my own – my adult children help me 🙂
