Shredded cheese (cheddar, jack, mozzarella or any blend of those)
8 Oz cream cheese (softened in microwave for 1 minute on high)
cooked pulled chicken (or any precooked meat)
sour cream (optional)
any zero calories sweetener (optional)
Use hot sauce or some pickled veggies with your melted cheese chicken flat breads.
In this recipe we don’t use almond and coconut flour to keep your carbs intake close to zero, no matter how big your portions are.
