My version of Keto Bullet Proof Coffee!
Basic Ingredients:
1 Tbsp (15g) Unsalted Butter == 105 Cal, 12g Fat, 0 Protein/Carbs
1 Tbsp (15ml) Virgin Coconut Oil == 130 Cal, 14g Fat, 0 Protein/Carbs
1 Tbsp (15ml) Heavy/Whipping Cream == 45 Cal, 5g Fat, 0.5g Protein, 0 Carbs (I used 2 Tbsp in this video would be…. 90 Cals, 10g Fat, 1g Protein)

  2. So heres what I added: 1 Tbsp coconut oil, 1 Tbsp butter, 1 Tbsp Truvia, and 2 Tbsp of cream….. came out perfect! 😀
    Didnt have to add anything else!

  3. I loved your recipe except for using the syrup flavoring which contains Splenda. It's an artificial chemical sweetener made by replacing parts of a sugar molecule with chlorine. Who woulda thunk??? So if you're drinking this as a healthier way of drinking coffee, maybe just put a few drops of real vanilla and some stevia to sweeten. Everything else was awesome!

  4. Tried my first bullet proof coffee this morning following your recipe! Is was GOOD! Is it wrong to have TWO cups???? 🙂 I did. I've been binge watching your recipe videos. Getting lots of great ideas. Been doing research on the keto diet. Atkins doesn't seem to be working for me. Next adventure…… FAT BOMBS!
