Chocolate/caramel/pecan fat bomb

12 Tablespoons naturally refined coconut oil
6 Tablespoons cocoa powder
2 Tablespoons Sugarfree Torani Salted caramel syrup
1/2 cup pecan halves

Melt coconut oil and add syrup and cocoa powder.
Mix well.

Divide pecans into 12 molds
Pour mixture over pecans evenly in he 12 molds.
Set up in refrigerator or freezer.

Macros for each:
165 calories
18.2 fat
1.8 carbs
1 fiber
.8 net carbs
1 protein

  1. I've been following your videos a while and use the FDOE as like a follow me eating plan to get the hang of keto, I have a question …. eggs do have carbs and most mayo also has carbs… so I don't see them listed on your account on MFP, can you tell me how you got 0.2 carbs net?

  2. hi Michelle, can you please give us the macros on the those cute cheese tacos you made for your husband in a different video? I'd like to make that, but want to plan out my meals first. Thank you sooooo much for all of your videos. I love that you include all of the macros to each meal you make. You inspire me so much! I'm just about to start keto, but don't really understand it too well yet.. I hope that you don't mind me asking for a little help. Can you help me understand how i calculate my macros per meal? So if my numbers are 1337 cals per day 15g carbs, 73g protein, 109g fat; my questions is do i divide those numbers with my meals? example: if I have 3 meals in a day am I to divide those grams by three, or do i have that many grams in each meal? I know it's a dumb question, but i'm a little confused.

I am preparing to start keto again as I've tried and failed in the past but after researching and watching videos like yours I realise there's more to it than just meat lol. can I ask how do you work out carbs for the meatballs and enter into mfp? they look amazing and I will definately try them xxx

  4. I just had zoodles Alfredo with chicken (again) last night, hooray!! I was going to ask you about the zoodles and weighing before or after cooking, since they are mostly water and shrink so much when cooked (because of releasing the water). I decided to weigh mine after I cooked them. Before is a better option maybe?

I have just started a weightloss channel to help people well try and document my 170lbs weightloss week by week, after I lost 140lbs before i gained it all back, and a little more! 🙁 I went into a bad place!
