Here is how you cook Mushrooms to add to your eggs.

First thing you need to know is keep your skillet temperature low. That way your Butter won’t turn brown and bitter after you finished with your eggs.

Your frying pan will still be hot and greased with butter, ready for your sliced mushrooms.

Add your sliced mushrooms to the skillet, salt and pepper them and cover with the lid.

After 5 minutes, move them to your plate with eggs as side garnish.
