  2. I'm a bit confused by the macros on keto, most sites I've read the ratio should be 5% carb, 20% protein, 75% fat. I was wondering why your ratio is about 5% carb, 42% protein, 53% fat? Because I've been struggling to eat so much fat in a day.

  4. i have to give you credit for recording after the gym. i look so hideous when i'm done working out and you still look gorgeous!! those little biscuits look good. i am a fan of making mug cakes for my sweet craving and if it's dry, i put a dollop of full fat greek yogurt or cottage cheese and a little chia seed jam on top. it tastes decadent when it's really not.

  6. Your channel has been such a great find. I'm experimenting with some of your recipes and it's adding so much more variation to my keto diet. I'll often try your sweet recipies with added protein powders for some different flavours (I've just made an incredible rum and raisin flavoured cheesecake).

  7. I know that you said you feel kind of awkward eating on camera, but it's always cool to see people's reactions when they try food 🙂 It's a lot more interactive! You're right on the portion size of that casserole though, god damn casseroles with all their calories (especially the ones with ground meat!).
