  1. I have recently started a low carb vegan diet/lifestyle. It's day 13! Avocados are like a staple now lol Last night for dinner I had 2 avocados with those lets do organic coconut flakes, a block of Trader Joe's firm tofu (its zero carbs!!) cooked with Walden farms sesame dressing. Dipped the tofu in veganase and a side of mushrooms. Dessert was low carb vegan brownies and sugar free so delicious coconut milk ice cream.
