I love to cook and bake. My love in the kitchen was passed down to me from 2 special women in my life, my Grandma Edythe and my Aunt Debbie. They have both now passed away and I am sad to be without them but the chance that they are together again makes me feel happiness during such a sad time.

Debbie showed me that she was proud of me for having my YouTube channel and sharing my journey with you guys.
I dedicate this video to her, I am still new to youtube and I really tried to give 100%+ in this video and I hope it shows.
I love you guys, you all inspire me to be better just as Debbie did.

This was also a review video on the Boxiki Kitchen Silicone Pan set.
I truly thought this product was amazing and I will choose these pans over all the other ones in my kitchen, that’s my honest opinion.

  1. Hiya Michelle …. was wondering, what are YOUR Macros a day? I am still learning about Keto and there're groups that do high fat/moderate protein….and another group that does high protein and mod/low fat….I am confused which one I should do……and how tall r u ….ty. (ps, have to be careful cause kidneys are sensitive)

  2. Hey, Michelle! We created a Keto Tag Challenge in order to share our experiences with the Keto Diet and bring the Youtube Ketogenic Community together.

We would love if you completed the challenge too!

    Here are the questions:
    Why did you go keto?
How long have you been Keto?
    What are your Keto challenges?
    Do you exercise?
How much weight do you want to lose?
Have you had any Keto success
    Do you take supplements?
    Insert progress/before pics
If you could have one cheat meal that didn't count (towards your macros) what would it be?
What advice would you give newbies?

Please check out our video, tag other Keto Youtubers, and share the challenge!

  3. I think I'm the only person on the planet (doing keto, or some kind of low carb thing) that doesn't have protein powder of any kind….. o.O I always talk myself out of it, because it's usually a higher cost item. I really think I'm going to have to break down and buy some lol. Great video!

  4. 5 second rule…(you know because you dropped what sounded like a walnut at the end). Anyway, this sounds really great. My daughter made non-keto banana bread this past weekend. I ate none, but it was so tough. I'm looking forward to trying this. Thank you!
