THE struggle is real! Constipation has gotten unbearable since doing this strict keto challenge. Unfortunately, this can be a side effect of drastically reducing my fiber intake… I may go back to “lazy keto” with a big focus on fiber after these 30 days!

  1. Take a magnesium supplement. It should help. I take a magnesium/electrolyte supplement to help with muscle spasms and for the bowels. I take mine at night and the next day all is regular. Also, as someone who has been doing keto for over 3 months, the constipation does go away once your body adapts.

  2. It's weird, I've been expecting to have that issue also, but I've been having the opposite issue: diarrhea. Hope the psyllium works for you and that you feel better!!
