crust…
• almond meal 3/4cup (70g)
• butter 1/4cup (2oz)
melt butter w/almond meal; spread out

filling…
• cream cheese 16oz
• eggs 3
• sour cream 1/4cup (2oz)
• Splenda 2/3cup (20g)
• vanilla extract 1tsp
• caramel syrup 1TBS

pour into ~9″ pie plate
bake at @ 350°
~45 minutes (or until golden brown)

  3. Just say the measurements. A cup, a half a cup, two thirds, three fourths, etc, etc, etc! Just say One Cup of Splenda, 2 packages of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of almonds. All that other talk about the scale is crazy. Lol
