Hey guys! Here is a video to give you an idea of what I eat in a day. Don’t forget that I’m BULKING which is why I’m eating 2300 calories per day. I’m also in the gym lifting 6 days/week. Hopefully this gives you some ideas of things you can eat while following the ketogenic diet.     Great video. Fellow Canadian here, I am currently in maintenance (5 weeks now) and i 18/6 IF for 3 days a week and OMAD (one meal a day) for the remaining 4 days of the week. I am currently struggling maintaining. I have continued to up my fats to stop weight loss but i am still losing. Hopefully with a little more trial & error i can stabilize this. I will try to incorporate more nuts and seeds and see if this helps. My brain for the last 5 months was programmed to lose weight so this has made it difficult for me to change my mindset. My question is was it difficult for you to change your mindset when you decided to bulk??
