For those who count macros, the total net carbs for this is approx 5 grams per serving (2 waffles). Tons of fiber in here!

Dry Ingredients:

1/3 Cup coconut flour
1/3 Cup flax seeds
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp XYMOGEN Fit Food Whey or Seeking Health Optimal Protein Powder
1 Cup Sliced strawberries

Step #1: blend all wet ingredients and then add dry ingredients together. (Batter will be thick!)
Step #2: Fold in berries.
Step #3: Spray Begium waffle maker with coconut oil spray
Split batter into 4 (waffles)
Step #4: Cook each for 1.5-2 minutes until golden.
Optional Step #5: spray Belgium waffle maker again and cook your eggs in it! Slip them in between each layer to make an egg sandwich, with ghee butter on each waffle.

  1. I just made these for myself and my kids this morning, topped with a some grassfed butter and maple syrup. (I also added a couple TBS of grassfed collagen powder into the mix). We all loved them. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
