Love buttery hollandaise on your eggs or steak but find it too fussy of a recipe to make on a regular basis? Now you can enjoy it anytime you want with a few ingredients and only several minutes!

Heat one cup of butter in a saucepan until melted. In a tall glass mason jar or tall container, add 6 egg yolks, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon dijon and some fresh dill or chives and black pepper. Insert the immersion blender and pour the butter in, immediately starting the blender as you pour. Start blending, not moving the blender at all for 20 seconds, then slowly move the blender up to the top and around until it is all blended. Transfer to a mason jar and refrigerate. Keeps for up to 5 days as it has no preservatives (other than lemon). Add tarragon and white wine vinegar to make a super quick bearnaise sauce!
