  1. Hi sweety,,congrats you look great..i am 46..and im 5'9.5..So i hide my weight well…,not good..lol but my question is…
    How do your body is in that ketosis state?.Now my neice is diabetic and she knows by peeing on a keto stick…if shes burning fat NOT GOOD.

    Does the state take long to get in.?

  2. Just wondering if you have ever had your body fat calculated during this weight loss? I am such a picky eater, I really don't like tons of veggies. I have a physical trainer, and he says that he is more worried about my loss of body fat percentage.

  4. Hi Kaylah. I tried doing the calculator things but to me they are confusing. I am a Female 49 years old and am 5' 3" And am pretty much Sedentary. Can you PLEASE help me to figure out how many carbs I need daily to lose weight? Also how much protein? I have been eating 20 carbs or less for a few weeks now and am in a stall. I don't know if I am not eating enough???? Please help.   5. The diet plan "vivi awesome plan" (Google it) is a excellent guide to dieting that produces amazing results. I actually lost over 18 pounds. If you`ve never heard of it, look it up on Google. We have to be worth a go! I hope you will love this and soon you can achieve the good results like me.

  6. Hi Kaylah, I got the below results after following your link. Not sure which one to follow… any advice would be appreciated.

    Based on the weight, American Dietetic Association (ADA) recommend taking at least 132 – 165 grams of protein per day.

    Based on the conditions, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommend taking 73 – 254 grams of protein per day, which is 10% – 35% of your daily Calorie intake.

  7. I heard diet sodas are way worse then the real thing, because they contain a whole bunch of chemicals I suggest no one drink any type of soda at all in weight loss journeys it doesn't really help, but that's my opinion

  8. To lose weight, do i have to eat six meals a day? And if i do, do they have to be all meals, can i have a low carb snack in between meals? And if yes, Can you tell me what are some good snacks for the in between meals

  9. I absolutely love that. Self love and weight loss journey. I feel that it's super important to find your self and love your self while going on that journey.I recently started documenting my own personal weight loss journey and it feels really strange and embarrassing but I am determined to do it.
