We don't have a lot to lose and honestly just wanted to see what one week on this plan would do, so we could have that go-to diet in our back pocket, for the times when we DO need to shake off a few – the beach, wedding, etc. Depending on how much you have to lose, even ONE week on this plan makes a HUGE difference. Of course the diet isn't easy, but it is clear – its not going to be easy and its a quick fix for that special event (or to just jumpstart your weight loss). This is why it talks about needing that motivation (the beach, wedding, etc.) to do the hard work associated with it.
