  1. how about a little tomato paste then the sauce ? I would love that…also for the pepperoni you could put a paper towel on a plate and place pepperoni on and then cover it with paper towel and microwave it for 3 sec to a min and get most the grease out …xx

  2. I don't see why a pizza that literally has DOUBLE the amount of oily, cholesterol-laden cheese (both in the crust and on top of the crust) should be considered the "healthiest" pizza in the world. I beg to differ, Dr. Berg!

Looks so good.  Have one in oven right now.  Will not hit Comment until I taste it.  I got this tip from Martha Stewart for corralling parchment paper.  Squash it with hands.  Fold it into halves, then to quarters, to triangle. Measure to size by placing pointed end in center of pan, then cut at big end at outer edge of pan.  Unfold  and Walla!  you have a perfect circle that fits pan.  I just took out of oven, topped with more cheese, pepperoni, and spinach.  Just a touch of salt and pepper …, it's a winner!  Thanks!

  4. This pizza crust is so good my 14 year old son loves to make it all the time! Actually he's all about making your other recipes too & becoming an expert at alternative sweetener combinations. 🙂 He's learning a ton watching your videos with me & I'very grateful for that! Kind of amazing how he refuses sweets & useless carbs now… who knew?? ;-)

  5. I'd probably still commit heresy and add a marginal amount of self-raising flour, simply because I can't abide thin crusts; but I am still duly impressed. This is one of the most creative uses of cauliflower I've seen.
