  2. what about if you are on meds and need to loos weight am gaining weight course of meds the reason for meds is ruptured discs from L3 to S1 , need oper. but need to loos weight and working is very hard if you only imagine any help on a diet would also help , thank you for your time

  3. hey 🙂 im just curious about the amount of calories in the coconut oil. i just bought  organic coconutoil/fat the other day and pr 100gr it has 900kcal. will that not mess up the whole weightloss prosess ? tnx in advance for any answer

  4. I see coconut oil at the store in liquid form (cooking oil) and solid form (maybe its like butter?).  Is there a difference?  Which do you use?  Thanks!

  5. What he doesn't say is that he upped his test, tren, and ,clen during his diet to retain his muscle mass during his cut. Don't expect to retain that much muscle mass after a huge cut unless you're on drugs

  6. hi my name is Matthew i have just turned 13 and im naturally skinny im about 6 1/2 stone (91 lbs) i know it has nothing to do with this video but its your latest, i have about 1/2 an inch covering my abs and small love handles. my goal is to burn off the fat covering my abs and have some lean obliques, i do not have or want to get a gym membership and im wondering how to start and the best work outs to use to get visable abs. i would really apreciate some help and advise.
