  1. hi im just learning about this way of eating sometimes i really dont know what to eat i get confused sometimes but i just keep trying also do u use coconut flour and do u have easy recipes for a desert which are my fav things but im really not having sugar i dont like stevia any suggestions and with doing this way of eating are u gonna ever eat carbs and if we all take it away and then we eat it are we gonna get sick or put heaps of weight on

  2. hey there!!! I've been doing Keto for around 7-8 months!!! I've stalled a couple times and have done fat fasts or egg fasts that help you get out of your plateau… check out theketodietapp she is one of my favorites and she wrote some great recipes for the fat fast. also healthful pursuits has written some great things on weight loss stalls.

  3. I am at the same point!!! it is frustrating!!! i have lost only 4 pounds in 2 weeks!!! ? But I am trying to increase my metabolism rate by working out a little harder, and tracking the ammount of fat I eat. Remember it needs to be between the 60 to 70% of your daily macros! tnx for the video!

  4. Congratulations on your success. I am sorry that evil scale has not been cooperating. I solved that by not weighing myself once. I started this woe of eating on February 1st. My daughters (twins) both won a piano concerto competition and had the opportunity to play with the local orchestra. While buying gowns for their performance a thought popped into my head, what in the world is Mom going to wear? None of my dresses fit. I started keto with 5 weeks before my daughters performance. I ended up being smaller than the dresses in my closet. After that, there seemed no reason to return to my old way of eating. I am currently 4 dress sizes smaller and 8 inches lost in my weight. I am pretty much at my goal size. My husband has also been on this journey and has lost 50 pounds. For me keeping it simple and eating real food has been key. Ty for your videos. I am looking forward to seeing your progress on your keto journey. I love hearing your kids in the background.

  5. try eliminating dairy… i know… but if you do, you will lose more weight. also make sure that you follow the suns cycle with when it goes down, you should also. staying up late under artificial light increases cortisol which lowers keto adaption due to cortisol spiking your blood glucose. also spend less time on the pc and more time reading books. take my advice or leave it alone. its up to you but thought id share what i know to work.

  6. I'm starting week four and never got a windfall weight loss even at the beginning. I've lost 2 lbs in 3 weeks but like you, I find this diet/lifestyle very sustainable so I stick with it. I am glad to know I'm not the only one experiencing a slow weight loss. I just wanted to drop a line and tell you I am thoroughly enjoying your channel and I love your recipes. Thanks for sharing your journey.

  7. I dont weigh only measure, its stress free for me that way lol. I hear its very common to stall though. Some say dairy, some say sweeteners, and some say just keep doing what your doing and it will be ok. I have also seen where they dont loose hardly any weight, but several inches. Dont fret, your body is also in the healing process. Keto isnt just a diet, its healing from the inside out and I imagine you will soon have many nsv's !
