  1. I started a keto vegan diet recently, not the easiest thing configuring what to eat, but so far I am feeling good on it. I have already started noticing that my hair and skin are really soft and I feel happier, before I was eating a lot of carbs, not junk food carbs, but a high carb diet-I was hungry all the time and I felt really out of control of my cravings and hated it! I am not feeling that way anymore, and I love it. I too am really excited for the road ahead. Thank for your inspiration and congratulations.

  2. Just listening to the excitement in your voice about eating this way is enough to show just how successful it has been for you! Very inspiring! I want to do keto, but I can't seem to get through the keto flu. I just can't handle how bad it feels and no amount of salt/potassium/magnesium/water helps the way everyone says they should. Maybe one day I'll get there.

I went on the diet six days ago and I got my period for the first time in 7 months yesterday. such a great indication of how the diet is so different than others in the way it nurtures your body and heals your hormones! I have been loving the foods, your videos, and the results. I have about 60 to lose, I've lost 11 lbs or 5.5 kilo (9 lbs atm again, because I gained two on the onset of my period).

  4. Hi Jolene. Good for you! I need to lose 5 kg. I'm 1 month into keto and didn't lose any…I'm not counting calories. I think I need to do that again. Should I count 1200 cal that I was following with other diets? I'm kinda lost with keto….but not giving up.

    this lifestyle doesn't feel like a diet..with regular diets u usually feel shot, an crash n burn.. an with keto it has both benefits, feeling awesome, get rid of sugar addictions an some weight loss.
