  2. I try to reintroduce carbs after 3 years without them but I keep getting serious depression, anxiety and insomnia everytime I try to get on them. Why on earth do I have problem digesting carbs now?? I'm desperate for a solution. Thanks!

  3. good info.. So last week I started something similar to yours. I am doing 2 meals a day between 1 pm and 7 PM -> IF . Low carbs,moderate/ high fat and moderate protein. 4 pounds in 7 days. so this works.. and cravings are slowing down.. 95lbs to go…

  5. Weight Loss Idealiss is awesome, I have been using it for about two weeks. I have dropped ten pounds as of today I am 223lbs officially, confirmed by a Dr's appointment that I had today. My goal is 205lbs and I'm sure that if I stay away from Little Debbie Cakes (LOL) it shouldn't be a problem, as long as I keep taking it, because this stuff works!!

  6. Hey great channel! i just got on IF about a week ago, my eating window is from 2-9pm, i hate cardio and only do about 15-20min with 30 min weight training, can i see good results in about 2-3 months? With this routine?

  7. Awesome channel buddy! I myself do a ketogenic based diet! Currently at 5'7 and 175 with about 15-16% bf! See a little definition in my ab area! Been doing this type of keto eating since I was 20 now 23 and love it! Currently I'm trying to cut my estimation of lean body mass would somewhere lie around 140-145lbs! In your opinion would a protein intake of about 110-120 grams would suffice for overall maintenance when cutting on a keto protocol?
