Well, that's discouraging. My shift starts at 2am and I normally work 8-12 hours a day. I sleep between 4.5-6 hrs a night on work days. I just finished my first week on the Keto diet and even though I lost 6lbs, I am discouraged after watching this video. CancelPost

I was wondering what is YOUR sleep pattern? Do you have a regular time you get to sleep/bed and get up? and along with this, do you aim for a particular time to stop eating before bed (like by 6pm, or 3h before bed?)? Would love some more insight in how you put all of this together! :=)

yes. please can you organize them into playlists. I just subscribed recently and i can get through 600 videos, but I have no idea what video to start with. I'm starting keto this week and I already did my own research, but I still like video guides and tips like yours to stay in track. thanks!
I find it difficult but not impossible to maintain ketosis on the night shift. And after looking through a lot of forums I find people have luck with it as well. It is usually best to get some sort of ketone monitor or breath analyzer. Also, meal prep helps a lot.
