What is the perfect treatment that can cure type 2 diabetes (!) and lead to effortless weight loss? Listen to the eloquent Dr. Jason Fung describe it in this 12-minute part of a longer interview.

*** Observe: This treatment is extremely effective. If you have diabetes and take blood sugar lowering medication (especially insulin injections) you may need to reduce the doses a lot to avoid potentially dangerous hypoglycemia. You may instantly become too healthy for your medication. ***

  1. I went to bed without eating since 5pm, low carb high fat. Sugar was 10.7. woke up and it was at 9.4 then 4 hours later with only water it is at 10.9. How is this good for me?

  2. At the age of 61 I was a healthy man, at least I thought so until I a blood test was carried out which showed I had type 2 diabetes. This Stuff is really good [Go here=== https://www.fb.com/BeHealthiest/app/190322544333196/ ] This was after I experienced a light headedness and cold sweat which made me uncomfortable and going to see a doctor. You will outlive everyone on your block, and never need a doctor again.

  4. For those worried about 'binging' :

  13. 3 mos back I got my 12 hr fasting blood sugar greater than 105; my family has diabetes; I changed my dieting habits completely;
    Thursdays in the week I dont eat solids; so by Wed 7-8 pm will be my last food (until Friday 8 am); water, tea, coffee will my my only food, sometimes lemon water.
    other weekdays; 8 am I eat 1 organic egg & some olives; lunch around noon – lettuce + red meat; evening dinner 7-8 pm fish + spinach; twice or thrice a palm of mixed nuts as snacks; 3 mos later my blood sugar is in the 80s; I dropped about 20 pounds, but dropping weight was not my main goal; I swim 5 days a week 30-40 mins; 1 day brisk walk & 1 day HIIT cycling; 2 days I do weights, upper body & lower body; btw I dont get hungry at all, not sure why / how; no medication other than multi-vitamins & 3 fish oil tablets

  14. I just started the 16/8 without watching what i eat. I literally find it more tiresome to eat right now. Sugar is steady around 7.2 mmol, with meds. But its still early but i feel fantastic and i am losing weight as my belt is 1 notch off. Seems promising as i have only done it for 3 weeks.
